Ovylo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
By using Ovylo you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

If you use the weather outfit suggestion feature, we request your approximate location to fetch local weather conditions. We do not store your location permanently. It is used only in the moment of the request and discarded immediately after.
Payments are processed through the platform you subscribe on. On Android, purchases are handled by Google Play Billing, managed through RevenueCat; on iOS (once available), purchases will be handled by Apple's App Store, also managed through RevenueCat. Some purchases may also be processed directly by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. We store only: your subscription plan (Free, Style, or Atelier) and subscription status.
We may collect basic technical information such as app version, device type, and crash reports to improve the app. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
If you connect Calendar Outfits, we access your device or Google Calendar with read-only permission to see your upcoming events. This is used only to suggest appropriate outfits for those events and is not stored beyond what's needed to generate suggestions.

Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the European Union. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, your password is hashed and cannot be read by us, each user's data is isolated using Row Level Security, and your photos are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to your account. No system is 100% secure, and while we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, wardrobe items, outfits, and photos are permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations. Wear logs and usage data may be retained in anonymised, aggregated form that cannot be linked back to you.
Ovylo's Brand Catalog and Shop Check features contain links to third-party retailer websites and to Google Search results. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. Tapping a link opens it in your device's browser, outside of Ovylo.
Ovylo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
